IEEF, an exclusive NGO and Research Centre, located in Warsaw, and the Cracow University of Economics – one of Poland’s best economic university have started educational research cooperation.
Indo-European Education Foundation (IEEF), an exclusive NGO and Research Centre, located in Warsaw, and the Cracow University of Economics – one of Poland’s best economic university have started educational research cooperation with mutual assistance towards strengthening relations between India and Poland based on academia – industry interlinked model of cooperation. Cracow University of Economics is the 14th Polish University which has joined Foundation’s platform in the year 2017.
The official ceremony of signing the Memorandum of Understanding in order to develop cooperation for Indian, Polish and European market in the area of – academic , non-academic and corporate/MNCs cooperation took place on 31st of July 2017 in Cracow, Poland. Documents were signed by Professor Andrzej Chochół, Rector of the Cracow University of Economics, and dr Pradeep Kumar, President of Indo European Education Foundation.
According to Professor Andrzej Chochół – “The impact of globalization is visible in Poland and also in my University. We look forward to establish a new partnership with Indo – European Education Foundation and start academic research projects with Indian Partner Universities”.
“I feel immense pleasure to create with such significant partners in Poland a new road map for Polish educational institutions based on today’s students need form the globe. I also believe that Poland and India can play a bigger role by addressing each- other’s needs in the changing global scenarios by minimizing the risk and maximizing the opportunities”. – said dr Pradeep Kumar.
The Cracow University of Economic, one of the Poland’s largest economic higher educational institution is recognized for scientific and research cooperation in Poland and abroad. The University’s research activities are conducted in 61 departments within the framenwork of 5 faculties: Economics and International Relations, Finance and Law, Public Economy and Administration, Commodity Science and Product Management and Management with the number of 19 thousand students. University cooperate with more than 200 higher education institutions from all over the world, contributing to the exchange of ideas, and enhancing the mobility of students and faculty members.
Indo-European Education Foundation is a Polish NGO as nonprofit organization and established Research Centre located in the hearth of Europe and Capital City of Poland – Warsaw. The Foundation's mission is to create a bridge between Poland, India and the European Union based on Academia-Industry Interlinked model of Business Cooperation. The project aims to support the program of internationalization of Polish higher education and to increase the involvement of science and higher education in the economic growth of the country by creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and tools to expand distant, with a highly potential Indian market.
As parts of its activities, the Foundation implemented dedicated programs towards higher education in order to support student's recruitment for Polish Universities: "CET-India Test" the Common Entrance Test (CET) for Indian students seeking higher education in Poland, which assure the quality of students and financial ability before joining the universities in Poland. IEEF has also initiated by launching "Poland Go India” project for educational cooperation, and organizing many national and international conferences, seminars, trainings and publications in India as well as in Poland for further cooperation in the field of research and industrial.
